WPC has worked with investigators for over 20 years. Crimson is
the latest investigation management solution designed for use
within the commercial sector.
An increased need for organisations to conduct their own
enquiries into areas such as loss prevention, internal fraud, brand
integrity and staff misconduct requires a robust system to manage
the incident or investigation from start to finish.
Crimson a
central investigative management solution to record information
gathered by an organisation's investigation unit. Incidents can be
recorded to allow a more proactive approach in dealing with any
suspected criminal activity. Crimson supports the investigators by
providing a central database holding records including people,
organisations, vehicles, addresses and telephone data, along with
tasks. The attachment of electronic media such as CCTV provides an
essential tool to work with.
In addition to the standard investigative forms provided,
organisations can add their own internal forms such as risk
assessments. Crimson is a web-based solution capable of being
accessed in the office, from home or out in the field.
Archie allows
companies who have mass-boxed data to store this in a
highly-organised system for quick retrieval. It is designed to work
within documentation centres, libraries, emergency equipment
stores, financial investigation units and by fraud investigation
squads.
The system can be used to manage data held over a number of
sites and can be set up with an alert system to enable a user to
track dates associated with the contents. It is also able to
keep a record of any files which may have been removed for
inspection.
