Interface
Development
The public sector uses a vast array of
software and interfacing is part and parcel of most new
implementations. WPC has a standard framework for interfacing
which has brought our software into close alignment with other core
systems such as command and control, PNC, gazetteers and
mapping. We are pleased to announce that we are at the
forefront of development with the Police National Database
and are one of the first suppliers to provide fully compliant
interfaces.

Each of our systems comes with a fully project managed
implementation. Our services include professional on-site
engineer installs, back record conversion of data from
old systems, and product training focused on your needs by
people who understand your business.

Technical Strength
WPC is primarily a Microsoft development house although we are
flexible and work beyond this when it benefits our customers.
We have core skills in producing Windows and web forms solutions on
the .Net platform using SQL Server and Oracle database
systems. The added value comes from our in-depth knowledge of
the markets we work in and innovative spirit to make sure our
solutions are truly helpful to our customers.
As well as our Microsoft Gold Partnership, WPC is an Oracle
Alliance Partner and a member of Intellect, the Technology Trade

Police Strategy
WPC Software is committed to aligning all of its police product
portfolio and future developments with the latest guidelines and
standards. We have invested time in understanding the principles of
strategies such as ISIS, and creating building blocks to follow
these guidelines and conform to standards such as CoreDM. We liaise
closely with our user groups on these issues and ensure that we do
all we can to enable forces to manage data in accordance with MoPI
(Management of Police Information).
