E-Forms are available within Core-Vet

Core-Vet enables users to efficiently gather information
surrounding an individual, their vetting requirements and specific
checks needed to be completed to gain clearance levels. The system
has been upgraded to now include an electronic forms element.
E-forms will reduce the need for staff to double key information
from paper documents onto the system, improves data quality and
reduces overall administration time from initial application
request through to completed application.
The system is incredibly flexible and the electronic forms can
be used in a variety of ways by organisations to distribute an
individual's application helping to reach a faster resolution.
Core-Vet can be used by members of a vetting team to create and
manage in-depth screening processes. Alternatively the system can
be used as a first point of enquiry for front line members of
staff, for example receptionists can use a limited function version
to view an individual's clearance level.
Although Core-Vet is a popular product for managing staff and
contractor vetting within the police force, it can be applied to
any organisation dealing with staff/client screening.
