Core-Vets functionality is to be enhanced by the introduction of electronic PDF vetting forms.

The new PDF forms can be emailed to all applicants who can then complete the form electronically. Forms are then emailed back to the vetting department who can import data from the form directly in to the Core-Vet database.

This automatic transfer of data from the forms into the database negates the need to re-key data saving valuable time and resources. Likewise, the forms are also configured to ensure that applicants fill out all required information in a sensible format.

As well as directly populating Core-Vet, the original forms can be saved against a person record using our document management facility, Core-DMS. This ensures that all information received from the applicant is readily available from their record

The new PDF forms will be available to all existing Core-Vet customers and will be demonstrated at the Core-Vet User Group in October. The User Group is open to all our Core-Vet customers. We hope representatives from all 12 forces can attend.
