WPC Software Ltd has officially been re-awarded Investors in People status. In order to retain recognition as an Investor in People, a review must be conducted within a maximum of three years of the last assessment. The review process is very similar to the original assesment and we are pleased to confirm WPC adhered to all the standards in the framework.

Investors in People is all about continuous improvement and the review process helps organisations to improve their performance significantly over time. Investors in People programme checks, for example, that recruitment and employee development are clearly linked to business needs, and that employee skills and development are maximised. It checks that our business plan gives sufficient emphasis to the company's health and future, but also that it provides well for our people, our products and our customers.

Investors in People is a proven framework for delivering business improvement through an organisation's people. It sets a standard for good practice in matching what people can do, and are motivated to do, with what the organisation needs them to do to meet business and customer needs.
