WPC ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP WITH MIQUEST
08/2008
WPC Software is pleased to announce that it is partnering with Miquest Limited to deliver an integrated asset management solution to the UK police market. The partnership provides WPC with exclusive rights to deliver the product into UK police forces, and will enable them to take advantage of an integrated asset management approach.
Miquest's integrated approach provides a central repository for all force assets, which can be anything from vehicles and property to PPE and other operational equipment. By choosing Miquest, forces can record, track and manage all their assets within a central data hub. Customisable web-pages allow departments and groups of users to set up forms which cater to their individual operating requirements.
With more than twelve years experience of software design and development Miquest Limited provides flexible solutions to satisfy any need or combination of needs for asset, fleet, facilities, maintenance and service management. Miquest has successfully delivered many high profile projects to a wide variety of clients in the private sphere as well as government and local government, NHS, defence (MOD) and fire and rescue services.
WPC's excellent reputation amongst the police community and subsequent industry knowledge will ensure that police forces can implement the innovative Miquest product whilst being assured that it is tailored to their specific needs.
Alan Walker, Managing Director of WPC Software, said: "WPC is delighted to have formed this close partnership with Miquest. Their enterprise asset management system gives WPC a proven platform on which to build new police applications. WPC's knowledge and reputation with UK police forces combined with Miquest's strengths in markets such as the UK fire services, provides a strong grounding in which to offer a wider range of solutions and services to the public sector.”
