Our COMPACT (Community Policing and Case Tracking) system is now being used by 21 police forces, consolidating its position as the market-leading missing persons software.

COMPACT is designed to speed up the process of investigating and recording misper cases. The latest forces to adopt COMPACT are Sussex, Durham, Dyfed-Powys and Gwent. The Welsh implementation is unique as both Dyfed-Powys and Gwent will be using one installation and sharing missing persons information at the click of a button.

COMPACT allows officers to carry out a more effective and comprehensive risk assessment on everyone who disappears. Each individual is ranked as high, medium or low risk and COMPACT builds up case histories of people who go missing frequently, providing officers with valuable information instantaneously.

A 'briefing sheet' summary, containing details and photographs of missing persons, is available when users log onto the system - these can be easily printed for officers to take on patrol with them as a ready reference.
