Keynsham based IT company, WPC Software, is continuing to expand and has appointed Claire Stephens, 23, to the position of Software Trainer. WPC specialises in developing software applications that are used in demanding IT environments such as the emergency services and financial institutions. She will be responsible for providing end user training to WPC's growing number of customers.
Claire, who has a science and media degree from the University of the West of England, lives in Bristol; her previous experience includes web design and intelligent Internet applications.
Claire says:
"I am looking forward to a busy but exciting time at WPC, there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company. It will be a fascinating environment to work with the emergency services and support the valuable work that they do."
The managing director Alan Walker said:
"Claire is joining us at a very busy time. Her excellent communication skills will be an asset to support our quality training packages"
Any spare time Claire has is spent at the gym, or acting. She has been seen as an 'extra' in TV episodes of both Casualty and Dangerfield.
