Overview

Tocsin, WPC Software's alarms management suite is comprised of 2 modules: -

  • Tocsin Police - a software system designed to help forces manage various intruder alarm records, and ACPO's Burglar Alarm Policy.
  • Tocsin Fire - a product to help fire services manage and implement the CFOA's policy on Remotely Monitored Fire Alarm Systems.

  • Offering facilities for the management of alarms, alarm companies, alarm receiving centres, installers, activation and false alarm records.
  • A prompting system to alert users of the need to upgrade or downgrade an alarm system or group of alarm systems.
  • Provides a full audit trail of every action taken including every record accessed or viewed.
