Tocsin is a software application created to facilitate the administration and management of all factors associated with burglary alarm systems. It is designed specifically to implement ACPO's Burglar Alarm Policy, as revised in 1995, 2001 and 2004.

Tocsin allows the Force to actively manage Alarm, Alarm Company, Alarm Receiving Centre and Activation records.

Today's police forces require a more efficient and streamlined service, where they can get information when and where they need it.

Tocsin aims to cater for these requirements by:
