WPC Software recently developed a computer system to help Liverpool City Council tackle the growing problem of abandoned vehicles.

•  WPC Software not only designs and builds software, we also provide excellent after-sales support to ensure the successful implementation of our products

Thanks to our ELVIS-VR system, council staff can now swap information with the police and quickly identify whether or not a vehicle has been stolen. This means cars can be removed from the city's streets before arsonists get to them.

A  police specific version of ELVIS is also available from WPC Software. This version was developed  in partnership with Merseyside Police which has seen a 51% reduction in abandoned car fires. The system has also helped Merseyside Police make a real impact on other vehicle crime in their area.
