Core-Vet User Group 2018
On Thursday the 12th of April, WPC Software held the National Core-Vet User Group which was kindly hosted by Cambridgeshire Constabulary.
The meeting saw users of the vetting management solution come from around the country to discuss ideas and concepts for the continual improvement of the system. It also gave WPC the opportunity to demonstrate new functionality that had been discussed in previous User Groups.
The User Group was a great success with representatives from 14 police forces in attendance. The main topic discussed was the Authorised Professional Practice for Vetting, and improvements to the Online Application Web Forms Module which will save even more valuable time when processing vetting applications.
The meeting also gave WPC the chance to showcase the latest version of Core-Vet which includes new API functionality. This will give users the potential to perform cross reference searches with other forces’ Core-Vet systems.
The annual User Group is an important part of the continual improvement process for all of our products. It allows us to work even closer with our customers to ensure our products are at the forefront of its field.
WPC Software would like to thank all of our users who attended this year’s National Core-Vet User Group and for taking part in helping to shape the future of the product. We would also like to state a big thank you to Cambridgeshire Constabulary for hosting the event this year. For more information about Core-Vet, please see its product page.
