WPC Core-Vet has continued to expand outside of the UK Police market and into new areas, with the Meteorological (Met) Office, and Kuehne & Nagel now using the solution to manage their vetting process.

The Met Office are the UK’s national weather service. They combine weather/climate science and data with expert insights to forecast weather to help people make informed decisions. Kuehne & Nagel are a global logistics partner that offer highly specialised solutions for major industries worldwide. They are now making use of the advanced features within WPC Core-Vet to manage their incoming vetting applications and the ongoing vetting processes, including the aftercare and renewal processes.

The system allows users to tailor the solution to meet their needs. This includes the ability to customise the types of applications, the checks required, the statuses of applications, clearance renewals, and more. The system will also allow them to easily manage the aftercare process, assisting in the ongoing vetting of staff.

Vetting is an integral process for all organisations. It not only helps safeguard against corruption, theft, and other risks, but also helps organisations ensure trust and confidence that they are hiring the best people for the role.

Other organisations outside of UK Police Forces include Guernsey Police and the Royal Gibraltar Police.
