On Thursday the 4th of October, WPC Software held the National ELVIS-VR User Group which was kindly hosted by West Yorkshire Police.
The meeting saw users of the vehicle recovery management solution come from around the country to discuss ideas and concepts for the continual improvement of the system. It also gave WPC the opportunity to demonstrate new functionality in ELVIS that had been discussed in previous User Groups.
The User Group was a great success with representatives from around the country in attendance.
The annual User Group is an important part of the continual improvement process for all of our products. It allows us to work even closer with our customers to ensure our products are at the forefront of its field.
At the User Group, WPC demonstrated ELVIS-RS which is a new prototype that has been designed to provide garage access to ELVIS in a streamlined manner being mobile-friendly and working on a range of devices.
WPC Software would like to thank all of our users who attended this year’s National ELVIS User Group and for taking part in helping to shape the future of the product. We would also like to state a big thank you to West Yorkshire Police for hosting the event this year. For more information about ELVIS, please see its product page.
